Welcome to the Rose Ridge Website

• This site was created by Larry Kamons, a future resident of Rose Ridge, to help neighbors connect while their homes are under construction. Here are a few ways this site may be useful:

  • Coordinating meet-and-greet events at nearby spots like Narcisi Winery, just 0.8 miles north of the community

  • Sharing ideas about home finishes and design choices

  • Connecting with others building in Rose Ridge

• You can register yourself and your partner or spouse. If both are registered, each will receive a verification email.

• Once your email is verified, please send a request to info@TOARoseRidge.com to receive the access code for the resident directory.

  • 🔐 Only verified email addresses are eligible. Be sure to send the request from the same email address you registered with.  

• When registering, you'll be asked whether you want your information included in the directory. If you select “No,” your details will remain private. This is the final question on the form.

• Only email addresses that have been verified are included in the directory.

• Once the HOA is formed, I’m happy to turn this site over to them to help manage community features like:

  • A shared calendar

  • Neighborhood announcements

  • The resident directory
